Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

How we use information
We use information to review submissions, decide whether to accept cards, prepare and administer consignment agreements, receive and inventory cards, create listings, communicate about account activity, record sales, calculate and send payouts, provide statements, respond to questions, manage requested marketing subscriptions and preferences, measure signup and website performance, prevent misuse and maintain business, legal and tax records.
When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, store records, deliver email, process marketplace transactions, ship cards or support business operations. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services.
Card listings and marketplace transactions may be processed through eBay under eBay’s own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or property, to investigate fraud or security issues, or as part of a business transfer.
Cookies, analytics and account access
The website uses essential cookies or similar technology to keep the owner portal and consignor accounts signed in and secure. Public pages use Google Analytics to measure visits and understand how the website is used. Google may place or read analytics cookies and process technical usage information on our behalf. Analytics is not loaded on owner administration pages, consignor portals, login pages, contracts or private review pages. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing activity for targeted advertising. You can limit cookies through your browser settings.
We also measure public-site steps toward submitting a consignment using a random browser-session identifier, broad traffic-source and device categories, button actions, form interactions, error categories and successful submissions. This website funnel does not capture what you type, uploaded file contents or names, or full URLs and query strings. Signed-in owner and consignor sessions are excluded from this funnel. Browser storage settings may limit this measurement.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the consignment service, maintain account and transaction history, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. Signed agreements, sales records and payout records may be retained after a consignment ends. Login activity may be retained for a shorter security period.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, email system or storage service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form.
Your choices
Marketing subscribers can use the preference or unsubscribe link included in marketing emails to choose which updates they receive or stop all marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary account, consignment, sale, security or payout messages.
You may ask to access or correct your contact information, update payout details or request deletion of information that is no longer required. Some records may need to be retained for contracts, completed transactions, consent history, suppression, fraud prevention, accounting, tax or other legal obligations.

Children’s privacy
The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request review and removal.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the current version took effect. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
