Before you ship
Do not ship cards until your submission has been approved, you have signed your agreement and you have received shipping instructions.
Raw cards
- Place each card in a clean penny sleeve.
- Use a properly sized top loader or semi-rigid holder.
- Prevent cards from moving inside the package.
- Never place tape directly on a card or holder.
Graded cards
- Protect slabs from scratching or rubbing together.
- Wrap grouped slabs securely.
- Use cushioning on every side of the box.
Your package
- Use a sturdy corrugated box.
- Include your name and submission information inside.
- Use tracking and keep your receipt.
- Consider insurance and signature confirmation for higher-value shipments.
What happens after delivery?
We’ll check in and inventory your cards after they arrive. Most accepted cards are photographed and listed within 5–10 business days after inventory is completed. Larger consignments or cards requiring additional research may take longer.
You can follow your cards through your online account as they move from received to listed, sold and paid.
How are cards shipped to buyers?
Every card is carefully packaged and sent with tracking. Higher-value cards receive additional protection when appropriate.
