How to send your cards
Submit your cards for review, wait for approval and sign your agreement before shipping. Protect raw cards in clean penny sleeves and properly sized top loaders. Leave graded cards in their slabs and protect them from scratching.
- Use a sturdy corrugated box with cushioning on every side.
- Keep cards from sliding; never tape directly to cards or holders.
- Use tracking and keep your receipt until delivery is confirmed.
- Insurance is strongly recommended for higher-value submissions.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to list my cards?+
Most accepted cards are photographed and listed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inventory them. Larger consignments or cards requiring additional research may take longer, and we’ll keep you updated through your account.
What happens if my cards do not sell within 90 days?+
Before the consignment period ends, we’ll contact you to discuss the next step. You can have the unsold cards returned at your expense or agree in writing to extend the consignment period. We may adjust pricing or change the sale format during the 90-day period based on market activity.
How will I get paid?+
Payouts are sent by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or another agreed electronic method. We do not offer ACH or check payouts.
Are cards protected when shipped to buyers?+
Yes. We carefully package every card and use tracked shipping. Higher-value cards are shipped with additional protection when appropriate.
